Abstract:
On the basis of introduction of the types and major functions of equilibrium chemical model for groundwater sys- tems, the status for the study and application of equilibrium model in hydrogeochemistry are discussed. The limitations of e- quilibrium model is stated, and the problems in the study of hydrogeochemical modeling are analyzed. In the end, the author pointed out the development trend for hydrogeochemical modeling is discussed.
