Abstract:
The amount of information of land use planning management increases quickly and the traditional man- agement style is unable to meet the current situation of the new situation requirement recently, As a result, ba- sing on such key technology as a kind of application GIS, network, database, etc., this paper realizes the land u- tilizes planning information socialization on network design plan and develops land utilize administrative system of planning at the platform in GIS. This system incorporates the figure and attribute data into an organic whole, in- cluding B/S and C/S two subsystem, realizes planning to work out, plan to draw and plan such functions as the information issue, etc. in achievement managing, thematic picture auxiliarily. Practice has proved that this scheme improves the government’ s management, service level and ability for macroscopical regulation and control for changing the traditional management style.
