Abstract:
The green transformation of resource-based cities is a necessary way to realize high-quality development and an important initiative to promote the new quality productivity. Based on the entropy weight TOPSIS-gray correlation model, coupled coordination degree model, obstacle degree model and grey prediction model, the evolution characteristics of green transformation performance and coupled coordination development in Jinzhong city(resource-based city)of Shanxi province from 2007 to 2022 were discussed, the obstacle factors restricting green transformation were diagnosed, and the future evolution trend was analyzed. The results show that ① comprehensive performance of green transformation for Jinzhong city has made significant improvements, and can be divided into the steadily improving stage(2007-2018)and the declining stage(2019-2022); the driving effects of the four systems of economy, society, resources and ecology on green transformation are significantly different. ② The coupled coordination degree shows an overall upward trend, from the transition development type to the coordinated development type, and the coordination level is subject to the impact of the phased weakness. ③ The obstacle factors of green transformation show phased difference; however, as the whole, economy and society systems are the main obstacle factors restricting the development of green transformation. ④ In the next 10 years, the green transition performance and coupled coordination degree will increase year by year, with good development potential.
