摘要:
地铁作为城市轨道交通的重要组成部分,其开通不仅改变了城市的交通格局,还通过公共交通导向型发展(TOD)模式深刻影响着周边服务设施的空间布局,其站点辐射效应促进了服务设施的空间集聚与扩散,形成以地铁站点为中心的地铁生活圈。以山西太原地铁2号线为研究对象,基于兴趣点(POI)数据,运用核密度分析、主成分分析和地理探测器等方法,探究地铁开通后生活圈服务设施布局的动态演变特征及驱动机制。 结果表明:在空间尺度上,地铁开通带来交通可达性的提升和客流量的增加,并逐步形成以地铁站点为中心的分布格局,显著提高了非中心区域服务设施的发展水平,减轻了中心城区的服务压力; 同时,服务设施便利度评分高值区与核密度高值区分布并不均匀,存在部分重合现象; 在时间尺度上,地铁开通初期存在服务设施的兴趣点数量增加、规模扩大的发展特征,后期服务设施的兴趣点数量逐步趋于平稳,且结构更趋于平衡; 在驱动因素方面,原有服务设施基础是影响不同地铁站点生活圈服务设施集聚特征的主要驱动因子,多数要素间存在双因子增强效应,服务设施的空间分异是多因素共同作用的结果。
Abstract:
As an important part of urban rail transit, the metro operation not only changes the traffic pattern of the city, but also profoundly affects the spatial layout of surrounding service facilities through the transit-oriented development(TOD)mode. The radiation effect of station improves spatial agglomeration and diffusion of service facilities, and forms metro station-centered life circle. Taking Taiyuan Metro Line 2 as the research object, based on the point of interest(POI)data, the kernel density analysis, principal component analysis and geodetector methods were used to explore the dynamic evolution feature and driving mechanism of metro operation on the layout of life circle service facilities. The results show that in terms of space, the metro operation improves the traffic accessibility and increases the passenger flow, and gradually forms a metro station-centered distribution pattern, which significantly improves the development level of service facilities in non-central areas and reduces the service pressure on the central urban area; meanwhile, the distributions of areas with high convenience score or high kernel density of service facilities are uneven, and there is partial overlap; in terms of time, the POI number of service facilities increases, and the scale is expanded in the early stage after metro operation, and the POI number gradually stabilizes, and the structure is more balanced after the early stage; in terms of driving factors, the original service facility foundation is the main driving factor affecting the agglomeration characteristics of life circle service facilities at different metro stations, and there is a two-factor enhancement effect among most of the elements, and the spatial differentiation of service facilities is the result of the joint action of multiple factors.
