摘要:
在乡村振兴战略全面启动实施的时代背景下,为有效服务城市和乡村的协调发展,选取具有城乡二元混合特征的城郊融合类乡村作为研究对象,尝试对其振兴潜力进行评价研究。基于前人研究,结合西部省区发展实际及国家战略部署,从社会吸引力、经济生命力、生态承载力、空间承载力、地质环境稳定度、国家战略关联度等6个维度系统构建了西部省区城郊融合类乡村振兴潜力综合评价指标体系,选取了22个一级指标和107个二级指标,尝试建立了西部省区城郊融合类乡村振兴潜力综合评价模型; 并以陕西省镇安县永乐街办中合村为例,进行了实证研究。
Abstract:
In the context of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, in order to effectively serve the coordinated development of urban and rural, the urban and suburban integrated villages with the characteristics of urban-rural dual mixture were selected as the research object, and their revitalization potential was evaluated. Based on the previous studies, and combining the development of the western provinces and the national strategic deployment, a comprehensive evaluation index system of rural revitalization potential of suburban integration in the western provinces from 6 dimensions of social attraction, economic vitality, ecological carrying capacity, spatial carrying capacity, geological environment stability and national strategic correlation degree is established. By selecting 22 first-level indicators and 107 second-level indicators, a comprehensive evaluation model of rural revitalization potential of urban-rural integration in the western provinces is established. Zhonghe village, Yongle town, Zhen'an county in Shaanxi province was taken as an example to carry out an empirical study. The comprehensive potential evaluation of rural revitalization of urban-rural integration in the western provinces can provide theoretical reference for governments at all levels to promote urban-rural integration and rural revitalization.
