摘要:
废弃矿区环境恢复和生态治理对于生态文明建设意义重大。其中,针对矿区开采引起的土壤重金属污染问题,开展重金属污染特征调查分析与健康风险评价,对于矿区治理方案设计和施工尤为重要。以安徽省庐江县大矾山废弃矾矿区为研究区域,对矿区土壤重金属(As、Cd、Cu、Mn和Ni)污染特征展开分析,并结合地累积指数法、潜在生态风险指数法和美国环境保护署(USEPA)公布的健康风险评价模型进行污染评价与人体健康风险评估。结果表明:研究区土壤中的As和Cd含量显著超标,相较于农用地土壤污染风险筛选值,其超标率分别为77%和100%; 土壤中Cu属轻度污染,超标率为16%; Mn、Ni含量均未超标; 此外,这5种重金属元素含量的变异系数从大到小依次为Ni、Mn、Cu、Cd、As; 研究区土壤重金属具有潜在生态风险,其潜在生态风险指数显示As、Cd为主要风险元素,土壤以较强和很强潜在生态风险等级为主; 健康风险评价模型表明土壤超标重金属间接经口摄入为非致癌和致癌风险的主要途径,其中As、Cd对于成人和儿童经口摄入的非致癌风险和致癌风险均在可接受范围内,对于成人和儿童呼吸摄入和皮肤接触均不存在致癌风险。
Abstract:
Abstract:The environmental restoration and ecological treatment of abandoned mining areas are of great significance for the construction of ecological civilization. In view of the heavy metal pollution in soil caused by mining, it is particularly important to carry out the investigation of heavy metal pollution characteristics and health risk assessment for the design and construction of mining treatment schemes. The pollution characteristics of soil heavy metals(As, Cd, Cu, Mn and Ni)of Dafanshan abandoned alum mining area in Lujiang county of Anhui province were analyzed, and the pollution assessment and human health risk assessment were established by combining the site accumulation index method, potential ecological risk index method and health risk assessment model(USEPA).The results show that the contents of As and Cd in the soil of the abandoned alum mining area significantly exceed the standard, and compared with the risk screening value of agricultural land, the exceeding rates are 77% and 100%, respectively; Cu in soil is slightly polluted, and the exceeding rate is 16%; the contents of Mn and Ni do not exceed the standard; in addition, the above five heavy metal elements in the descending order of the coefficients of variation are Ni, Mn, Cu, Cd and As; the study area has strong potential ecological risk, and the potential ecological risk index shows that As and Cd are the main risk elements, and the soil is mainly in quite-strong and very-strong potential ecological risks. The health risk assessment model shows that the indirect oral intake of excessive heavy metals in soil is the main route of non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks; As and Cd are within the acceptable ranges of non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks for adults and children through oral ingestion, and there is no carcinogenic risk for adults and children through respiratory ingestion and skin contact.
