摘要:
研究农户对可降解农膜支付意愿及影响因素,有利于农业绿色生产技术的推广与施用,推动农业发展绿色转型。基于陕西省339份农户调研数据,通过条件价值评估法测算不同农户类型对可降解农膜的支付意愿及支付额度,构建二元Logistic回归模型和Tobit模型探究农户差异化支付意愿和支付额度的影响因素。结果表明:①受访农户中,大多数农户对可降解农膜具有支付意愿,且兼业户的支付意愿更强,支付额度更高; ②农户的受教育程度正向显著影响农户可降解农膜支付意愿; ③社会影响、技术有用性和技术易用性均正向显著影响农户对可降解农膜支付意愿和支付额度; ④不同农户类型对可降解农膜的支付意愿和支付额度影响因素存在差异。综上所述,在推动农业绿色发展过程中,亟需制定差异化的技术响应鼓励政策,加强对农户的技术培训与指导,加大技术应用的补贴力度,建立农户响应绿色生产技术的长效动态激励机制。
Abstract:
The study on farmers' willingness to pay for degradable agricultural film and its influencing factors is conducive to the promotion and application of green agricultural production technology and the promotion of green transformation of agricultural development. Based on the survey data of 339 farmers in Shaanxi province, the willingness to pay and the amount of payment of different types of farmers for degradable agricultural film were calculated through contingent valuation method(CVM), and the binary Logistic regression and Tobit models were constructed to explore the influencing factors of farmers' differentiated willingness to pay and the amount of payment. The results show that ① most of the interviewed farmers have a willingness to pay for degradable agricultural film, and the part-time farmers have a stronger willingness to pay and a higher amount of payment; ② the education level of farmers has a significant positive impact on the willingness to pay for degradable agricultural film; ③ social impact, technology availability and technology ease of use all positively and significantly affect farmers' willingness to pay and amount of payment for degradable agricultural film; ④ different types of farmers have different factors affecting the willingness to pay and amount of payment for degradable agricultural film. In general, in the process of promoting green agricultural development, it is urgent to formulate differentiated technology response incentive policies, strengthen technical training and guidance for farmers, increase subsidies for technology application, and establish a long-term dynamic incentive mechanism for farmers' response to green production technologies.
