摘要:
在国家区域协调发展及黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略实施背景下,交通可达性与经济发展相辅相成、密不可分,是区域一体化发展的重要环节。为探究黄河流域交通可达性对经济发展的影响及其空间异质性,运用加权平均旅行时间模型测度2000~2020年黄河流域县域交通可达性,揭示其演化特征,并通过普通最小二乘(OLS)法和地理加权回归(GWR)模型刻画交通可达性对经济发展影响的全局和局部特征。结果表明:2000~2020年黄河流域交通可达性显著提升,时空压缩效应增强,呈现以省会城市为核心向四周扩展的多核心空间结构特征; 交通可达性对县域经济发展水平的影响效应随着时间的推移由负向逐渐转为正向,对经济的促进作用不断增强,并呈现“东高西低”的空间分布格局; 从低、中、高可达性分类来看,交通可达性经济效益的空间异质性呈现低可达性区域均衡化与核心区域极化并存的现状。为推动黄河流域高质量发展,需根据上游、中游、下游实际情况,实行差异化的发展策略,缩小区域差异,实现协同发展。
Abstract:
In the context of the national regional coordinated development and the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of Yellow River Basin, the transport accessibility and economic development complement each other and are inseparable, which is an important part of regional integrated development. In order to explore the impact of transport accessibility on economic development and its spatial heterogeneity in Yellow River Basin, the weighted average travel time model was used to measure the county transport accessibility from 2000 to 2020, to reveal the evolutionary characteristics, and to describe the global and local characteristics of the impact through ordinary least squares(OLS)method and geographically weighted regression(GWR)model. The results show that the transport accessibility of Yellow River Basin has been significantly improved and the spatiotemporal compression effect has been enhanced from 2000 to 2020, showing the characteristics of multi-core spatial structure with the provincial capital city as the core and expanding to the surrounding areas; the influence of transport accessibility on the economic development level of county gradually changes from negative to positive with time, and the promotion effect on the county economy is continuously enhanced, and the spatial distribution pattern of “high in the east and low in the west” is presented; according to the classification of low, medium and high accessibilities, the spatial heterogeneity of economic benefits of transport accessibility presents the coexistence of low accessibility regional equilibrium and core regional polarization. In order to promote the high-quality development of Yellow River Basin, it is necessary to implement differentiated development strategies for achieving regional coordinated development according to the actual situation of the upstream, midstream and downstream.
