摘要:
策划出版专刊/专栏是科技期刊争取优秀稿源的重要抓手。通过中国知网调查地质学类33种中文核心期刊2012～2021年出版的专刊/专栏名称、个数、发文量、论文起止页码等信息,探讨出版态势,并为不同层次地质学类中文科技期刊专刊/专栏出版给出有针对性的选题策划建议。结果表明:10年间,地质学类33种中文核心期刊共出版748个专刊/专栏,开展专刊/专栏出版的期刊有32种(占比97.0%),专刊/专栏整体呈现逐年增长的态势; 《地学前缘》专刊/专栏出版最活跃; 问题导向型专刊/专栏占据主导地位,10年共出版603个,占比80.61%; 对于一流地质学类中文科技期刊,建议紧紧围绕国家重大发展战略策划出版问题导向型专刊/专栏,引导科研人员优先使用中文发表优秀研究成果,更好更及时地服务国家经济社会发展; 对于在地质学细分学科处于重要地位的中文科技期刊,建议聚焦所在细分学科的具体科研问题策划出版问题导向型专刊/专栏,引领所在细分学科的健康快速发展; 对于地质学类其他中文科技期刊,建议策划出版精神传承型专刊/专栏,以情感为纽带吸引优秀专家学者赐稿,或围绕地方重大发展战略策划出版问题导向型专刊/专栏,服务地方经济社会发展。
Abstract:
Publishing special issue/column(SI/SC)is important for improving the academic influence of sci-tech journal. The names, number, paper number and page number of SI/SC published by 33 Chinese core geological periodicals from 2012 to 2021 were investigated by CNKI; the publication trend was discussed; and the topic selection and design of SI/SC published by Chinese geological sci-tech journals in different academic levels were suggested. The results show that there are 748 SI/SCs published by 32 Chinese core geological periodicals, only one journal has no SI/SC from 2012 to 2021; SI/SCs increase year by year generally; Earth Science Frontiers is most active in the publication of SI/SC among the 33 Chinese core geological periodicals; the problem-orientated type of SI/SC is predominant, and the number is 603; for the Chinese top-ranking geological sci-tech journals, it is suggested that the journals publish problem-orientated type of SI/SC focusing on national important development strategy, encourage researcher to publish their outstanding scientific achievements in Chinese, in order to serve national socio-economic development better and faster; for the Chinese foremost sci-tech journals in the subdisciplines of geology, it is suggested that the journals publish problem-orientated type of SI/SC focusing on the front field in the subdiscipline, and improve the subdiscipline development; for the other Chinese sci-tech journals, it is suggested that the journals publish spirit-inherited type of SI/SC collecting experts' and scholars' strong manuscripts by the emotion, or publish problem-orientated type of SI/SC focusing on local important development strategy, in order to serve local socio-economic development better and faster.
